Having lived and worked in the West (Western Europe, Canada and United States) and East (Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia), I naturally combine task-oriented pragmatism and focused efficiency of the West with undivided customer-centricity and contextual insightfulness of the East. I find both of these ways equally important because organizational impact can only be achieved by genuine change in people across all organizational levels which occurs when human differences are recognized and integrated into day-to-day business operations.
